We Are Looking for:

This position is based in Victor Harbor and we are looking for Person-Centred Support Workers on a Permanent Part Time basis.

• Values-driven individuals who put people first and are committed to human rights-based support.

• People with experience in the disability sector, as well as those new to the field who are eager to learn and grow.
• Professionals with strong communication and problem-solving skills, who can support participants in achieving their goals and living fulfilling lives.
• Individuals who embrace diversity, respect cultural differences, and actively contribute to inclusive practices.
• Reliable and accountable team members who uphold CLO’s Code of Conduct and contribute to a safe and positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Experience supporting participants with psychosocial disability
• Help individuals achieve their goals and maximize their potential
• Implement individual support plans and development programs to support goal achievement
• Manage risk and ensure safety at all times
• Engage in person centred active support
• Maintain accurate records and documentation

We offer 24/7 support, and shift flexibility is available to meet the needs of our participants. We are happy to discuss shift options further based on your availability.

What You’ll Need to Thrive in This Role

• NDIS Worker Screening
• Working with Children Check
• A current Driver’s License
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
• Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability/Aged Care) or similar qualification (we also welcome applicants without qualifications)
